hi i gave a mechanic $3000 on a credit card of mine 2 years ago to restore my classic car that was not running at the time. I had it towed there and he said he could get it driving for 3000 I have my original credit card reciept reciepts from his shop. my original title to the car in my name etc. the car was in front of his place for a little while then it was not, he said it was in storage at his other shop, everytime i ask to see the car he seems shady and says i will done in a few weeks, anyways long story short i went to iraq and am now back and need to get this done without being violent, what are my best legal ways to get this car back without punching this guy out? thx
