Grunge/hard-core punk/punk/ metal (in that order from what I want most)
I do have a digitech grunge pedal but it doesn’t fit my needs. I have a behringer vd1, ibanez flanger/chorus, and a boss super over drive.

I really want to be able to go from Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Godsmack, Rancid, Screaming Trees, White Stripes, Chevelle, Queens of the stone age, Soundgarden, Bad Religion, the heavy Rise Against, killradio

I dont want a complicated multi-pedal sound distortion pedal.
yes kurt cobain did use boss, he also used 5 electro harmonix chorus pedals for come as you are and smells like teen spirit
