I know that they were mistakenly labeled “Christian Rock” but are they Christians as people? If so could anyone add links to pages where they state their faith.

I am putting in a chevy 350 into my 64 chevelle project. The engine was rebuilt about a year and a half ago from previous owner, i ran it in a 65 impala and it ran descent. I think the lack of performance from this newly rebuilt engine was due to the out of date and old engine component i had in the impala (old style distributor, points ignition, old crap headers, ****ty water pump and radiator) I want to put this engine in the chevelle and upgrade all the engine component parts with a new MSD ignition set up, new headers, water pump, carb ect..

I was thinking of buying a basic engine rebuild kit from summit ($85) or just putting the engine as is into the chevelle, but also with all these new component parts would it be best to just buy the basic kit and go through the gaskets, rings and things.

All of these get labeled as “Christian Rock” but I don’t think they are,aside from vague spirituality in the lyrics I don’t see anything that would suggest they are Christian I hear more “Christian” lyrics from bands that ARE NOT “Christian Rock” (Creed,Lifehouse etc.) Why are They labeled as Christian?and if they are,what are some songs that have “Christian” lyrics.

I’m trying to track down my dads friends old 66 Chevy Chevelle for his 40th birthday. Even if it’s in a junkyard on the other side of the U.S. I contacted his old friend and he found pictures with the license plate numbers on it and he’s willing to help me find it. So my question is what should i do to find it. I’ve read all over about the vins being a huge help but he doesn’t know if he can find the Bill Of Sale. Is there some kind of registry that you can go to that shows all the cars you’ve owned or? Any help would be greatly apriciated.

Allllright…just got my project car and ready to put in work.

It’s a 64 chevy chevelle. gutted out….this is what i’m starting with

the body, which is on a new frame and new suspension, sitting on crap wheels for now and glass (except front windshield).

It came with a ton of new parts…It has alot of surface rust but the body is straight.
I think I am going to start by:
-getting rid of the rust (curing the rust)
-priming
-window trim
