I think its from the 80s or early 90s. The guy’s REAL father comes back as ghost. Kid thinks his mom’s husband is real father. He builds him a car in the junkyard.. like a 57 Chevy. Shows him how to be cool. I want to say Keith Gordon was the kid but I don’t think so because I can’t find it on his wikipedia page. His dad’s ghost is this greaser who died while racing a car and it flies off a cliff before he can get out. In the end, the son almost dies in the same way. PLEASE help.
EDIT: TAHNK YOU Marilyn!!! And I meant to say its NOT Christine. That’s what yahoo search kept coming up with. Thank you!!
