I have been considering buying a classic car for some time. Now i have a proper job i plan to get one next summer. I need advice on what to look for and how keep it in excellent condition.
I’m looking for something similar to the American cars of the 50s (55 Ford, 57 Chevy, 59 Caddy). Unfortunately i live in the UK and importing an American car would be too expensive. Name some cool 1950s or 60s British cars (similar to the Vauxhall Cresta PA, Humber Super Snipe series 1 or Ford Zephyr mark 1) but under £3000.
Weekend toy. I also want something that isn’t too expensive to insure.
