Open Question: Have I ruined my ‘57 Chevy by running it without coolant?

I pulled my ‘57 Chevy out of cold storage today. I just bought it from a guy down in Texas last summer. Well, evidently he had put a pretty weak mixture of coolant in because I believe I had blown out the frost plugs and lost all coolant in the storage garage. Unaware of this, I drove the car about 2 miles to my home, stopping for a brief time to fill up a low tire at the service station. Probably ran it for 20 to 30 minutes at less than 40 mph. As I pulled up to my house, it stalled. It had run fine up to that point. I let it cool and put in new frost plugs and filled it with coolant. I tried to fire it up tonight and I couldn’t get the starter to engage–I have a neutral safety switch that is and has been acting up. How much damage do you think I’ve done? Any tips? Think I’ve ruined it? It’s a fresh 350 Chevy small block with 46 miles on it. Ahhhh, Murphy’s Law is in effect at my house.
