Im asking this for my boyfriend… His parents have been married 25 years, and have 3 children. My boyfriend is 18 so he is just going to choose to live with his father to help him pay off all the divorce settelment money he thinks his dad is going to have to owe. And his sister wants to live with mom full time. And younger brother wants to live with both? Question is that possible, for the 2 younger siblings to be divided like that? Also his dad is a truck guy and a full time Mechanic so they own 6 diffrent trucks only 3 work, the ones that work are a 1985 gmc now this truck his dad “gave” to him as a kid and my boyfriend drives it around pays the gas, does all the repairs, and everything but both parents are on the title. How will this truck be settled will they have a opition to just not settle it and give it to him? Or is one going to have to pay the other do to so? And then how will the other trucks be divided. We know its 50/50 in Alaska but his mom dosent even know how to work on trucks so what would be the use for the other 2. And they have one major disput. A 1970 Chevelle. His father bought it before they where married but he “gave” it to his mother as a anniversy gift but her name isnt on the title? How will that be disbuted? He maybe wants to sell it cheap then buy it back after the divorce to a friend would he get in trouble for selling it in court?

I’m thinking of selling my 1966 Chevy Chevelle Convertible and was wondering wha the value is. It has a 350 V8 Motor with a new Convertible top, paint is shiny black, original interior (good condition), new magna flow dual exhaust, 15 inch rally wheels. This car is triple black with a black top, black interior and black paint. Thinking about selling, any ideas on worth or value? Thanks for your help
