Whether it’s the bulletproof engine block, sturdy 200 pound metal bumpers, hard armored metal body, massive size, massive comfort, massive trunk, massive leg room, or simply their unmatchable beauty, beauty that modern cars cannot even dare to even challenge. Classic cars manage to completely annihilate modern cars in all these fields and several more.

The price of a nearly restored classic is also much lower than the cost of a new car and unlike new cars, their value will go up instead of exponentially down.

The only thing new cars have credit for is their gas mileage, which, I honestly can deal with. Here’s my babies: I am damn proud of them:

I prefer to not look like everyone else on the road. Cars these days look so identical the only way to tell them apart is to read their markings and the shape of their tail lights.

I’m looking for video of the speed channel coverage of the 2008 Scottsdale Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auction. The Barrett-Jackson website only has highlights, and I’m looking for all (18 hours?) of the auction. I’ve searched all over the net, but have not come up with any positive results, and I want to burn it to DVD for my father as a Christmas present. Not as important, but I would also be interested in the 2009 Las Vegas auction as well. If anyone has it, or knows where I could download it; it would make for a very merry Christmas for us!

the reason that the new cars are so fragile
is that they absorb the impact…the midia is trying to teach it since 70’s or 80’s..
the old ones were real tanks..but the impact goes all on your body….
so aks me..what atracts you..is it the classical lines and customization?

Trying to install a new motor on my 69ss chevelle what do you guys think of this guy selling me this motor. Is it a good deal? What questions should I ask him?
